My story started long before Wisebuild.
I’m Leonardo Oliveira — Leo. Wisebuild may be a new name, but my journey in construction started more than eleven years ago. I’ve spent over a decade learning, growing, and perfecting my craft — focused on what I do best: bathroom remodels, flooring, and hardwood installation.
I started with a simple goal: deliver quality work and earn my clients’ trust. Every project was a step forward — but I always wanted more. More growth, more solutions, more ways to help homeowners.
That’s why I created Wisebuild: to reach more families across the Lowcountry and bring quality craftsmanship to even more homes. This rebrand represents growth, experience, and a continued commitment to excellence.

Yes. Hardwood and tile flooring are our specialty, and we also take on bathrooms, kitchens, and whole-home renovations — along with the trim, drywall, paint, plumbing, and electrical that go with them. You can hire us for a single floor or a full project.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Wisebuild is fully licensed in South Carolina and carries comprehensive insurance, so your home and your project are protected at every stage.

How long does a typical floor or remodel take?
Timelines vary by scope. A single room of flooring is often a few days; a bathroom or kitchen runs longer; a whole-home remodel longer still. We'll give you a realistic schedule with your estimate and keep you updated as the work moves.
